RETURN POLICY

Online or phone purchases: We gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of shipment from our store. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) to be accepted. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. In order for an item to be eligible for return, items must be in original condition with all product accessories included with a copy of the Receipt. If the item is returned in less than received condition or documentation missing etc. then, return adjustments may be made at Bradley’s discretion or refused if damaged or customized by the client. Non-refundable items: Special orders are a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange. All Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any item without a return authorization will be refused upon receipt. Any return with missing paperwork or product will not be processed either.

EXCHANGE POLICY, IN STORE CREDITS AND ESTATE JEWELRY

Bradley’s Jewelers will honor Returns or Exchanges within 15 business days, in unworn condition and accompanied by the sales receipt on instore merchandise ONLY. No damaged merchandise will be accepted. NO Returns or Exchanges on Special Orders, Custom Designs and New or Altered Bridal Jewelry - (including but not limited to once a diamond has been set) Absolutely NO Exceptions. Our policy also includes all art and glass. Returns only will be subject to a 5% “Cost of Sales” fee. Merchandise returned or exchanged by shipment, for any reason, must be given return authorization in advance. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with their purchase. All in store credit, including Bradley’s issued gift certificates, become Null and Void after one years time from purchase or issue date of the initial transaction. In addition all estate jewelry is sold “As Is” and alterations are at the clients expense.

CUSTOM DESIGN POLICY

Any commissioned custom design, CAD (Computer Aided Design) or special orders are non refundable. In addition, clients are responsible for Design Consultation and (CAD) fee’s up front. They are a separate component from the custom order and are non refundable. Furthermore, client acknowledges Bradley’s uses multiple out of state sources to perform top custom work and shipping and insuring jewelry is part of our process. In addition, accurate CAD designs require diamonds to be removed from any client supplied jewelry. Client gives permission to Bradley’s and their representatives to remove diamonds and gemstones during the CAD process. If for any reason, the design does not progress past the CAD stage, all client’s jewelry will be returned but, with stones removed. In addition, any changes made during the CAD process can alter the original estimate. Also, changes made after completion of jewelry, may incur additional charges at client’s expense. Custom work is an art form and may be subject to minor allowances based on structural integrity. Bradley’s strives to keep prices as originally quoted, however, in some instances design changes, material & labor costs may increase the estimate. Bradley’s reserves the right to allow for any changes, as needed for structural integrity. Custom designs and special orders require a 50% deposit at the time order is placed. Final payment upon completion.

APPRAISAL AND EVALUATIONS POLICY

Appraisals are an educated opinion and analysis typically performed by a Graduate Gemologist. Differences in opinion and estimation are commonplace. Appraised value is based on the date and condition of the gemstones and/or piece of jewelry in which the analysis is made. Market fluctuations occur daily. Undisclosed and undetectable treatments to gemstones and diamonds have become sophisticated and prevalent in the industry. We use various industry standard testing equipment to evaluate and detect treatments and synthetics. However, not all treatments may be detected or may exceed the testing limits of our lab or methodology. If you have reason to doubt the nature of origin of your stone, we ask that you disclose this to us or if we are unable to identify it, we encourage un-mounting such stones and sending them to GIA for verification. Bradley’s asks the client to acknowledge that human error may occur during an appraisal and to hold harmless Bradley’s, if on such occasion, an oversight is made. Bradley’s will happily re-evaluate and supply an updated appraisal free of charge, if new information is realized at a later date. Clients are responsible for all fees associated with shipping, insuring and evaluations of their gem(s) at an outside lab.

SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING FEE POLICY

The customer must absorb all shipping costs on special orders, custom orders, loose stones and fine gifts. A minimum of $100 required up front prior to loose stone orders. Shipping costs to be determined in full and added to the original deposit if necessary after goods arrive.

PRIVACY POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bradley’s maintains a level of quality with all jewelry sold. Most diamonds shown will maintain a F-I Color Rating and a VSI - SI2 Clarity Rating with average Cut Quality of Very Good to Excellent. Most pendants will require a chain sold separately. Most chains come with lobster clasps. Many rings can be ordered to size or custom made in any size. Please inquire. For additional details on gemstones, ring sizing, and chain choices and length information per item, contact us directly by email or phone. Prices on all reorder items or custom designs are subject to change with current markets.

 
 

SHIPPING POLICY

Enjoy door-to-door boutique service, delivered to your home by our trusted and insured courier, or shipped out of area. All jewelry is sanitized for your protection. All diamonds have been tested for authenticity and are naturally occurring. All color gemstones are naturally occurring and it’s to be assumed many are heat treated.
